The intention of the project in the stage of architectural study and implementation project was the overall reconstruction of the property – an apartment building, in order to fulfill its original purpose of housing in the historical centre of the Old Town of Kosice.

The restoration project was created with the maximum support of the overall improvement of the property. This was our main objective and logical view of the approach to ensure all the necessary aspects and requirements for housing, in the sense of the individual assignment and investor’s requirements.

In this way of solving, we support the return of normal life to the city centre.

>We have designed a part of the building on the 1st floor level for commercial use.
