The intention of the architectural study of the interior was to design the interior of the family house based on the individual assignment of the investor.
The family house is situated on the outskirts of the village of Svor, in a beautiful natural environment, and in the immediate proximity of the forest.
The investor’s assignment was based on the requirement to form an opinion on the overall interior of the family house, for the purpose of permanent living of a family with two children. The layout of the house is designed as a detached building with one ground floor and one upper floor, without basement. The roof is gable-shaped.
We have tried to design the character of the interior to correspond appropriately with the traditional environment and the surrounding countryside. We based the design on the typology of local traditional folk architecture, its simplicity and functionality. Throughout the project, we respected the investor’s current opinion on the way and needs of life of a modern family and the technical and material possibilities of using current interior equipment, structures and selected elements.
Our proposed architectural solution provides the investor with an increased quality of user comfort in the natural relationship between man and house, both in the technical level and in the overall practical use of all spaces.
